Your salvation is a wonderful gift from God. Can you lose it? Can you reject it? These are serious questions for every believer, particularly during difficult times when we do things displeasing to God or act unfaithfully toward Him. We also wonder about friends who once claimed to be Christians but now deny their faith. What happened and why? Can they ever come back? Were they really saved in the first place?

God wants you to be sure of your salvation and relationship with Him. This is often called the security of the believer and is a hallmark of our faith. We believe God holds us securely, and nothing can ever break those bonds. Reconciling this truth with our feelings when life is difficult or our behavior is sketchy can be disorienting. We can easily get confused and begin to question our salvation. You will discover in this study how to overcome those doubts and stay on a more confident path of spiritual growth. You will learn how persevering through the struggles of spiritual growth actually legitimizes your salvation rather than questioning its validity.
